About these terms

This website is run by Synergy Digital Hub, a sole trader based in Laverton VIC, Australia. By submitting a form or using the website you agree to these terms and to my Privacy Policy.

Your enquiry and your details

When you submit a form I collect your name, email address, phone number and any website or message you include. I use them to respond to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call, prepare an audit or proposal, and keep a record of our conversations. By ticking the agreement box you confirm the details are yours and are correct, and you agree that I may contact you by phone, email or SMS about your enquiry.

Offers and marketing messages

If you also tick the optional box, you agree that I may send you offers, tips and updates about digital marketing by email or SMS. This is separate from your enquiry: you can submit a form without ticking it. Every message will identify me and include a way to unsubscribe, and you can withdraw consent at any time by using that link or emailing [email protected]. I will not sell your details or share them with other businesses for their own marketing.

Services and agreements

An enquiry, audit or discovery call does not create a contract. Paid work starts only when we agree the scope, price and timing in writing. Details on this website, including descriptions of services, are general information and not a quote.

No guarantee of results

I work to improve your visibility, enquiries and sales, but results depend on your market, budget, website and the search and advertising platforms I do not control. Nobody can guarantee rankings, clicks or revenue, and I do not.

Third-party platforms

Services may involve Google, Microsoft, Meta and other platforms. Their rules, pricing and features can change, and you are responsible for the ad spend and accounts you hold with them.

Website content

The content on this website belongs to me or is used with permission. You may view it and share links to it, but please do not copy or republish it without asking first.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms and will change the date above when I do. They are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
